Strategic partnerships — M&A, vendors, and the dependencies that follow.

In healthcare technology the right partnerships can define a company's trajectory; the wrong ones — or the absence of a clear partner strategy — create dependencies that are difficult and costly to unwind. Engagements span strategic staffing and outsourcing, Newco development, BPO relationships, technology M&A evaluation, and go-to-market partnerships for both enterprise and growth-stage organizations.
